Returns are accepted for unopened supplies/products up to 30 days after purchase.  

Workbooks are accepted for return up to 30 days after purchase for unused workbooks, without writing, eraser marks, scents, and other marks, that can be placed back into merchandise inventory. 

Books can be returned for exchange up to 30 days after purchase for items shipped to the customer damaged. 

All returns are for store credit.  Returned items will be inspected for condition.  If able to be placed back into inventory, an email will be sent with the store credit amount.  If the items are not in proper condition no store credit will be issued.  Items will be returned to customer for a shipping charge.   Shipping fees not refunded for original purchase nor for return of items. 

Due to the nature of digital products,  returns are not permissible.  Please contact INK for concerns about any products.
